Whether you are a qualified helicopter pilot, SAR aircrew, licensed helicopter engineer or aircraft technician looking for your next role, this is your starting point. Our HeliOps Recruitment page outlines current opportunities and provides information for those interested in working with a specialist team involved in SAR helicopter operations, aviation support and technical services.

HeliOperations supports SAR helicopter training and qualification programmes across a range of platforms, including both legacy and modern aircraft. With access to ex-military airframes, simulators and specialist training teams, we offer one of the most comprehensive SAR training experiences in the industry.

We are particularly keen to hear from:

Experienced SAR helicopter pilots

We are looking for qualified helicopter pilots with recent SAR experience to support contract and permanent flying roles. Ideal candidates will have a strong operational background and a commitment to safety, mission success and teamwork. Roles may involve training support, operational readiness, and international deployment opportunities.

Helicopter mechanics and engineers

We welcome applications from licensed helicopter engineers and skilled mechanics with experience working on Leonardo or similar rotary platforms. Responsibilities include maintenance, inspections, repairs and ensuring aircraft are kept to the highest airworthiness standards in a safety-critical environment.

SAR aircrew and training professionals

We are also seeking experienced aircrew and instructors with a Search and Rescue background to support specialist training programmes. These roles are ideal for those with operational SAR knowledge who are passionate about passing on their expertise.

Whether you are seeking your next flying role, engineering post, or a chance to contribute to world-class SAR aviation training, we would like to hear from you. To help support your journey we have recently launched a new HeliOps Recruitment page: helioperations.co/recruitment
