Book HereHeliOps’ wholly-owned Maintenance & Storage facility in the Somerset former county-town of Somerton is situated approximately 5 miles north-west of RNAS Yeovilton and 35 miles from HeliOps’ own Heliport at Portland. The facility includes in excess of 3000 square metres of maintenance, logistics and office space and is capable of housing Merlin/101 sized aircraft.
The UK MAA has granted Military Part 145 approval for HeliOps Somerton, which is fully-approved for the storage and on-site maintenance of military registered air systems and components. HeliOps has transferred all its Sea Kings, associated engineering stores and other equipment to Somerton where it is maintained by HeliOps’ own engineers using HeliOps bespoke logistics and airworthiness software package.
