HeliOperations was delighted to host three local students from All Saints Academy, Wyke Regis, for a period of work experience this week. The students spent time in a number of HeliOperations’ departments including Operations and Engineering, where they learnt a little about what goes into delivering our flying training, as well as helping with some hands-on work. Not only did they assist with our own Sea King flight operations, but they were also lucky enough to witness a range of visiting military aircraft, including RN Wildcats, RAF Pumas and a USAF CV22 Osprey; even enjoying a tour of the aircraft courtesy of the visiting crew. We were very pleased to be able to offer this taste of normality during such a disrupted academic year. It was a real pleasure to have these keen, young students at HeliOperations.
